In order to let students from the 9th grade greet the challenges of the Senior High School Entrance Examination with full confidence, a correct attitude and high spirit, during the class-break setting up exercise, on 23rd November, Anqing Foreign Language School’s Junior High Department of the east campus held the second-stage students’ encouragement will in regard to the 9th grade’s preparation for the Senior High School Entrance Examination at the School Lecture Hall. Principal Assistant& Junior High Section Director Lu Dan delivered the mobilization speech.
In the first place, Principal Assistant Lu Dan introduced the results of the Senior High School Entrance Examination in the past three years and analyzed the admission and entrance situation in recent years with specific data. In the meantime, he compared the test results with those of the mid-term examination to find the advantages, face the deficiencies, enhance students’ confidence with the most objective and authentic data and guide the direction of efforts.
In the second place, Principal Assistant Lu Dan pointed out the enrollment principles of ‘Equity, Fairness and Publicity’, put forward the admission order of ‘Based On Test Scores’, interpreted the principle of directional distribution, analyzed the existing pressure and enabled students to realize the fierce competition and the necessity of efforts, requiring all the students to study diligently and train hard, come down to earth, set objectives for the Senior High School Entrance Examination, strengthen goal awareness, set strict demands on themselves and strive to be better instead of being blind or numb.
In the third place, Principal Assistant Lu Dan analyzed and guided students how to enter the learning state of the graduating classes, form a diligent and inquisitive learning atmosphere, maintain the intense, orderly and positive-thinking classroom habits and set goal awareness to catch up with others, establish the striving spirit of diligence and industriousness as well as keep fit to meet the challenges, conduct self-analysis and set clear objectives.
Overall, this meeting will further enhance students’ confidence and stimulate their enthusiasm. We firmly believe that all the teachers and students from the 9th grade shall walk hand in hand, keep working hard and achieve happiness with high-spirited attitude and a great strength of character.
